Claire founded Nova Clinic in 2014 after twelve years across hospital medicine and family practice. She leads our preventive health and executive screening programme, with a particular interest in women's health and the careful management of multiple long-term conditions.

Her consultations are deliberately long enough to cover what actually matters. She is also the doctor most likely to ask about your sleep, your work and the thing you almost didn't mention.

James has looked after families in Bangsar for more than fifteen years. He covers the full span of family medicine — from newborn checks and childhood immunisations to adolescent health and care for older parents — and runs our paediatric vaccination clinic.

He is known for explaining things without jargon, and for remembering the names of your children. Expect a practical plan and a follow-up call if a result needs one.

Rafael joined Nova from an occupational health practice in Singapore. He manages acute illness and minor procedures, and works with employers on workplace health, injury prevention and return-to-work plans.

He is calm under pressure and precise with his hands. If you arrive with a cut that needs suturing or a fever that will not settle, he is the doctor you want on duty.
